【JSST06】由東華學院開辦：應用老年學（榮譽）理學士 [BSc(AG)]（英譯：Offered by TWC: Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Gerontology） 是由指定專業/界別進修資助計劃開辦的學士學位課程，資助類別是SSSDP。收生名額為50。整個標準課程為期 4 年，首年學費是HK$ 83,450

Tung Wah College will adjust the tuition fee of its programmes based on the Composite Consumer Price Index to be announced by the Government annually.
The above tuition fee is net of annual subsidy under the Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors (SSSDP). In 2023/2024 academic year, the annual subsidy under the SSSDP is $44,950 for non-laboratory-based undergraduate programmes. The annual subsidy amount may vary in each academic year subject to the announcement by the Education Bureau. For details, please visit http://www.cspe.edu.hk/sssdp.

課程簡介
該計劃為學生提供全方位的理論知識和老年學領域的體驗式學習機會。畢業生將有充足的就業機會。例如，他們可以從事社會服務事業，擔任社區項目組織者或項目官員；在學術和教育機構擔任與老齡化相關的服務研究分析師；在商業或金融領域擔任退休前協調員，或在銀髮市場擔任健身教練；或公共服務副研究員等。此外，他們還可以繼續深造研究生課程，例如護理科學碩士（註冊前）課程，社會科學碩士（老年學），社會工作碩士，衛生管理碩士或管理學、社會服務管理碩士、社會政策碩士、心理醫學碩士（精神病研究）等。備註：一年級入學學生如在 24 個月內順利完成本課程指定的醫療保健相關課程，便可通過本課程申請成為註冊保健員。備註：本課程獲選為教育局應用學位課程發展先導計劃。它提供了多種入學途徑和銜接途徑。詳情請參閱有關課程的網頁。
