Starting from 2013-2014, all junior secondary classes (S.1 to S.3) have adopted English as the medium of instruction. We have employed native English-speaking teachers to assist in executing our language policy. The school organizes English Camps and Overseas Study Tours. Putonghua is the medium of instruction in Chinese Language and Chinese History lessons. The school encourages students to participate in inter-school academic and language competitions, such as the Speech Festival and the Drama Festival.
Learning and Teaching Strategies:
The policy of "Innovative Teaching, Tailored Curriculum, Strengthening the Foundation, Catering for Learning Diversity" has been implemented. Small class teaching has also been adopted. The school places a lot of emphasis on the policy of biliteracy and trilingualism. We aim to nurture in students the ability of self-directed learning and creative thinking. Gifted education is also developed. To ensure learning and teaching efficacy, collaborative lesson preparation, peer lesson observation and evaluation are implemented. In order to advocate personalized learning, our school establishes a series of learning circles in numerous subjects, such as Chinese, Mathematics, Physics, Computer, Chinese History, Geography and Economics, etc.
School-based curriculum:

5. All-round Learning Week - S.4 World Classroom. Through a wide range of learning excursions, students' horizons are broadened.
