The 7-storey building is endowed with spacious playgrounds and open areas. There are 26 air-conditioned standard classrooms, a hall, 2 basketball courts, 2 cricket courts and 2 covered playgrounds. Moreover, there are also special rooms, including one MMLC and two computer rooms, one campus TV room, one music room, one cooking room, one knitting room, one IT lab, five science laboratories, one activity room, ABC facilities and Gym room etc. All the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LCD projectors and online computers connected to the school servers by broadband cables.

School Management Organisation:
Teachers of various subject panels and functional departments have representatives in regular School Administrative Committee meetings to exchange ideas and experiences to enhance better co-ordination work for matters related to student affairs as well as the overall learning and teaching strategy.

Learning and Teaching Plan
Whole-school Language Policy:
From S.1 to S.6, for effective learning, Chinese and non-Chinese students are grouped according to their learning abilities and needs. In order to enhance students’ language ability, all students are required to speak Cantonese and English only in the school campus.
Learning and Teaching Strategies:
1. To develop students’ proficiency in both English and Chinese Languages through reading scheme (including both online and offline reading materials), we have more than 30,000 books in our school library.
2. To provide different language programs as electives, such as Putonghua, Urdu, Nepali language, Arabic etc., for students to learn in order to increase their competitive in their future.
3. To develop students as self-directed and life-long learners.
4. To facilitate students’ development of positive values and attitudes and cultivate positive outlook in life.
5. To enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching, we had successfully applied from QEF to change all the blackboards/whiteboards in the classrooms and special rooms into smartboard system.
6. To provide different free of charge homework remedial classes and tutorials for students who need support after school.
7. We emphasis on whole-person development, different extra-curriculum activities are organized. We also encourage our students to take part in community activities and volunteer work actively.
8. To enhance students’ problem solving skills and technological skills, we assessed and re-designed the ICT and technology and living curriculum in the Junior form, more STEM elements are added. One of the Computer room was renovated as a IT Lab.

Development of the Four Key Tasks:
1. Moral, Civic and National Education: our focus will be on (i) value education and (ii) national and security education
2. Reading to Learn: Extensive reading programme in both Chinese and English are carried out. Reading award scheme is organized through the school library. Students are encouraged to share books of their choice orally during morning assembly.
3. Project Learning: in order to guide our students to be self-regulated learners and improve their communication skill and team building, project learning is implemented in Life and Society, citizenship and Social Development, HMSC, Islam, Technology and Living etc.
4. Information Technology for Interactive Learning: installed smartboards in all classroom to enhance e-learning and interactive learning in school. E-learning materials and platforms are purchased for students to use.
Life Planning Education:
Our Career & Guidance Team organizes different job-related talks, workshops for our S.1 to S.6 students as we believe students need time to prepare and develop their interest and talents, and know what their dreams is in the future. We also invite successful alumni to conduct sharing regarding their own personal growth, how to fulfill their dreams and study skills with their younger brothers and sisters. Taste lessons are also organized for S.3 students to understand the electives offered in our school so that they can make a right choice to study in S.4.

Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
Student diversity can be resolved by the creation of a congenial school ethos, caring human network, mutual respect, and real concern for others. Paying due regard to multiple intelligence, every student should have a chance to shine at the college.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education:
With the aim of catering students’ diverse learning needs (DLN), our school has adopted the whole school approach. A student support team (SST) is established to meet the requirements of the Education Bureau and expectation of the community. Members of the SST include the vice-principal, the SEN coordinator, teachers of different subjects, the school social worker and teaching assistants.
Our SST has sourced different services with the Learning Support Grant (LSG) for Secondary Schools, such as speech therapy services, social skills training services, reading and writing skills enhancement services and attention training services, etc. The LSG is also used flexibly to hire teaching assistants to provide handy supports for our students.
Apart from these, our SST would hold various internal inclusive activities and community work to cultivate an inclusive atmosphere in and out of the school. With close collaboration between the EDB officials and the school-based education psychologist, meetings and assessments of students are conducted on a regular basis. Similarly, we are working closely with the parents through the established mechanism for regular updates of students’ learning progress and their learning effectiveness.
To make sure a fair ground for our students with DLN to achieve better results in public exams, we try to accommodate their DLN with special arrangement in the internal exams and apply for corresponding arrangement to the HKEAA in the public exams as well.
In fact the school always encourages teaching staff to enroll in DLN related training courses and seminars. Besides, the school would share inclusive education information with us to enhance our professionalism in catering the needy students with better readiness and understanding.

Home-School Co-operation and School Ethos
Home-School Co-operation:
Our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) has been running for 25 years, and many activities such as picnics, education seminars, etc., have been organized. Moreover, regional teacher-parent meetings are also arranged to serve the needs of students and parents from Kowloon and New Territories.
School Ethos:
1. The college places great emphasis on the pastoral care of students. The Discipline and Counseling Committee is set up to look after the discipline and guidance needs of students with the ultimate goal of helping them to sustain continual human growth.
2. To take better care of the students in S.1-S.6, the school has been arranging two class teachers to work in partnership in looking after each class of students. To facilitate closer contact between teachers and students on a daily basis, the school has arranged the office of the class teachers to be on the same floor with their respective classes. The team of teachers would deal with student affairs and discipline problems specific to the form through formal and informal meetings. They are also responsible for organizing intra-form activities and competitions to enrich students' school life and foster good habits and behavior.
3. The school views the development of the students' human potential as a top priority and facilitates their development through different social activities organised by more than 40 school clubs and interest groups, as well as the Student Union Association.

The college promotes cultural harmony among the children of Chinese origin and those from the ethnic minorities in Hong Kong.
