Whole School Approach to Catering for Learner Diversity:
To help students with particular individual needs, our Student Support Team launches developmental and remedial programmes after school hours. For the gifted students, opportunities will be provided for them to take part in external competitions and off-site programmes offered by local tertiary institutes aiming at specific subject areas.
Whole School Approach to Integrated Education:
Student Support Team is dedicated to the implementation of integrated education through the whole school approach. The members of the team include Assistant Principals, Guidance Mistress, teacher-in-charge of Pastoral Care, SEN coordinator and School Social Workers. In addition to individual counselling and case referral to school-based educational psychologist and speech therapist, class teachers' meetings and case conferences are to be held to review the support measures. To facilitate the communication between school and home, the Parent-Teachers' Association was set up in 1955.
